Here’s the marketing blurb from Berkley. NanoFil is not a mono, not a braid, it’s the next generation of fishing line. NanoFil is made out of a gel-spun polyethylene, much like a superline. That’s very technical sounding and true, but here’s my take on it – it’s awesome and you better be using it on your spinning reel. Here’s why:
