It was my first time compete Bull shoals lake, AR. last week and caught a lot of fish on RTO crankbaits. I ended up 54th place. Just couldn’t get 4 pounder during tournament. I caught walleye, drum, catfish, white bass, largemouths, smallmouths, spotted bass and all kinds fish.

I’ll be in Japan for only 2 days from today. I’m going to create a bunch of lures!!

I’ve finally finished my work here in France. Our staff becomes more and more united each time I’m here. Lately, I’ve been very into drinking this cappuccino. I selfishly ask them to make me a caffeine-free blend of coffee and cappuccino. It is very delicious. I can’t wait to have this again next month.

I am currently working in France. I’ve been in a meeting all morning and I had lunch at a fancy seafood restaurant. Last time I was here, I accidently had too much of those very strong European coffees, so this time I ordered a decaf cappuccino. I’m going to work hard this afternoon too!!

I came back to LA from Japan, and I’m off the France again. For a change, I went to eat at a Korean restaurant in Paris today.

Well well, my work in France has calmed down a little. Now I’m going back to LA.

After our first day of Salmon fishing, Skeet welcomed me to his lovely home. I had an extremely delicious steak for dinner and stayed in his gorgeous guest house. This is an annual occasion. Day 2, we did the same thing as the first day, threw in some baits… But… I couldn’t catch anything… why…? I kept trying different methods and while everyone else is catching a lot I couldn’t catch anything for 3 hours. I got couple bites, but that was it… why!? After trying for a bit more, I realized something – after fishing so much the day before, the position of the hook shifted on its own. Not good… this isn’t Bass fishing, Salmon fishing has its own ways of catching. I obviously got too comfortable fishing and went back to using techniques to fish Bass. I stopped using the sweeping method. But now that I know that I won’t make the same mistake! Afterwards I continued to catch at least one in every 2 casts. Salmon fishing is great!!

I went to go see Skeet in Sacramento again this year. Last year we went to a lake near his place and fished some Spotted Bass, but this time we went Salmon fishing. We used
fishing floats which were sliding bobbers and for bait we used something like a salmon roe. It was a little disappointing that we couldn’t use lures, but I gave it a try anyways. Bait fishing is amazing! On my very fist cast I got a hit!! And I continued to catch more after that!! Catch after another!! It was great!! It was extremely fun… (To be continued…)
