Next is the Victory Tail. http://youtu.be/eaDiffOKNMQ
This vibrating V-shaped tail is great when falling.  It is good for retrieving with jig heads, or simply moving it left to right and/or wiggling it will create an exquisite action.

NEWS!! Opti Shad ‘A’ Rig

I’ve created the currently popular A Rig with our new “Opti Shad” soft lure. The swimming video clip is great!! http://youtu.be/ZuUv6atjm1k

The A Rig actually hurts Bass so I prefer not to use it so much, but times when I don’t get much bites, I can’t help but to use it. I hope everybody will try using it in different ways also.

NEWS!! CIF

Filed under: Lucky Craft USA Blog,Salt Water Fishing — admin @ 5:41 pm

Since 3 years ago, we have a series called the CIF which has colors designs based on California Inshore Fishing. It is mainly for Calico Bass, Barracuda and Halibut fishing. Here is a very nice clip on a Californiastyle CIF:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8jFYLuCAa8

This week I planned to go boat fishing to test out some of these CIF series.

DFM: Seal Beach

Filed under: Salt Water Fishing,The Daily Flash Minnow — admin @ 4:43 pm April 16, 2012

This week I went fishing at a certain part of Seal Beach, CA for the first time. Since it was my first time there, I started off from the flow entrance and went along the jetty.

On this day, the waves were fairly high with very heavy water flow, so my lure kept getting shifted away. However at this same spot last week, someone caught a 27in Halibut. So I thought I had a chance also, but it was very difficult. After it became high tide, I relocated to the beach area. I used the FM110, color rotated and casted to about a 200 meter distance, but the only thing I was able to catch was trash bags… (We should all help clean the beach!)

It’s been tough catching Halibuts this year for me, but I will continue to cast until I catch one!! Next week I will be going to Newport Bay for Bay Bass fishing so please stay tuned!

This time I used “Sandy’s lure selection”.

A few days ago in the Bassmaster and FLW rankings (AOY race), Skeet Reese & Brent Ehrler took the lead. Unfortunately this time, Brent ranked slightly lower but Team Lucky Craft Skeet Reese & Anthony Gagliardi took the lead again!
