Daily Flash Minnow Weekly Reportになります！先週は、都合によりReportが報告できず、すませんでした。今週から張り切ってReportしていきたいと思います！！
今回も地元Newportに来ています。本日は朝９時満潮-午後３時が干潮ということなので、午前中は、フラッシュミノー110・130MR主体の表層1ｍ狙い！外海を中心にケルプ地帯にいる、パーチ・キャリコなどの魚種を狙う！１回だけであったが、魚がルアーを追って喰いに着たが合わせを急ぎすぎ、すっぽ抜け・・・！魚が見えない方が、手応えを感じてから合わせるので良いが、魚が見えてしまうと、逆に慌ててしまう！無念・・今年初の海の魚を逃した。
午後はワンダー（白系とセ○タ○プ○―トの入り）・フラッシュミノーSSR(ゴーストイワシ)などで表層を揺ら揺らと泳がせて表層狙い。内海側で、港の船が良く通る道（船が通るところは深くえぐれているのと、船が通る事でエサが巻き上がりやすいので）までフルキャスト！・・・・・渋すぎる。釣れない・・。どうしよう・・。

来週は、違う所に行く事にしよう！！再来週は、本日と同じような潮なので、マラガにでも行く事を検討中！！

P.S. 本日使用したワンダー!　開発中新色を使用しました。あまりお見せできませんが、どこかに写っています。それでは皆さん！！

This is the Daily Flash Minnow Weekly Report! I want to apologize for not being able to post up a fishing report last week. But this week I will like to share my reports with much more effort!!
I again visited Newport Beach for this fishing trip. I arrived at 9am with high tide and at about 3pm with low tide. So in the morning, I mainly used the Flash Minnow 110 & 130MR and aimed at 1m from the surface! I concentrated on casting in open water in kelp bed areas and aimed for some Perch and Calico Bass! Just one time, a fish came chasing after the lure, but I was too slow at reacting, I let it get away… When I can’t see the fish and feel a hit I can react to it right after, but when I can actually see the fish coming, I tend to panic! Mortified… I’ve let my very first fish of this year get away.
In the afternoon I used the Wander (In whitish color with center plates), Flash Minnow SSR (Ghost Iwashi color) and others. I let it slowing sway on the surface and aimed the surface again. I full casted to the inland ocean side where there are ships from the harbor passing by (I chose this area because where ships pass by it is deeply gouged and from the ships passing all the baits wind-up together and concentrates in that area). ……it is too strict. I can’t fish… What should I do…

Next week I will go somewhere else!! And the week after that it will be just like the tide condition today so I will see if I can go to Malaga Cove (Palos Verdes)!!

P.S. The Wander lure I used today! I used a color that is still under development. I can’t really show it, but it is shown somewhere.

Daily Flash Minnow Weekly Reportになります！今回は特別企画！！！本日一般公開されます大阪フィッシングショーの様子をご紹介させていただきます！！今年のラッキーブースのテーマは！ズバリ！！ラッキー魂！！

社員一同、世界中の釣人の皆様に心より感謝とラッキークラフトの魂を込めて2011フィッシングショーを盛大に盛り上げて行きたいと思います。　今年は、大きく分け3つのブース！

2011年の新商品の展示紹介！とってもキュートで、そしてラッキーらしいオレンジをモチーフにした床！床からオレンジの香り！おしゃれなケーキ屋さん風ラッキーブースです。年々、女性の釣人も増え可愛らしくアピールしてみました。

超巨大水槽で一体・・・！なにが起きるのか！？今年はどんな新商品が発表され！一般の皆様に公開実演されるのか？楽しみで仕方ありません！今年も期待度・・・大です！！（美津夫さん・SHINGOさんも会場にいますよ！）（次回のリポートで、何が起きたのか紹介いたします）

ラッキークラフトルアーの作製全工程紹介・製作年ごとのルアー展示といったブースコーナー、ここで一体どれだけの多くのラッキークラフトファン方がラッキールアーについて語り合ってくれるのだろう！

This is the Daily Flash Minnow Weekly Report! And this time will be a special report on the Osaka Fishing Show held in Japan. This is a very big convention open to the public and I will like to share a little bit about it! This year’s Lucky Craft booth theme is… the Lucky Sprit!! All the Lucky Craft staff would like to thank all the fishermen all across the world from our very soul, and would want this year’s fishing show to be an amazing experience for everyone. Our booth this year was split enormously into 3 parts! We had displays of 2011 new lures which were very appealing! The floor even had a theme of orange in such a Lucky Craft style, and was in orange color with orange fragrance also! The Lucky Craft booth was like a fancy bakery.  Every year there are more women anglers, so we decided to have a very “cute” look this year.

What is going to happen with the extremely large water tank this year…!?  What new products are going to be announced this year!? Are they going to publicly demonstrate these lures? I am too excited! My expectations this year again is… HUGE!! (Mr. Mitsuo & SHINGO will be there too!)

(I will like to talk a little bit about my upcoming report) There is a section of the booth where we introduce the manufacturing process and displays of lures produced year by year. I can imagine so many of our Lucky Craft fans talking and learning more about our products!

Daily Flash Minnow Weekly Reportになります！今年初のバス釣りに地元リージョナルのブラアンさんとアーバインレイクにいってまりました。アーバインレイクといえば、トラウトが盛んな湖だが、バスも多少釣れる！まずは、新商品にＬＬＰＴ105Ｓを使用！

バス釣りとなると海釣りと違い、ピンポイントのキャスト精度が問われる事になる！この企画を始めて半年、毎週釣りをしてるだけあり、同船したブライアンさんから(キャストがうまくなったね！)とお褒めの言葉をかけてもらえた。釣行については、水位も上がっていており、濁りもありＴＯＰでの釣行は難しく半日以上、ＬＬＰＴ105Ｓを投げつくしが結局ノーバイト！キャストの練習になったのでＯＫ！残りの２時間は、どうしても初フィッシュを釣り上げたく、ドロップ・ジグに変更してボトム狙いの釣行になった。そして・・・水深15ｍぐらいの所で、今年初のフィッシュ！！！しかもバス！！をＧＥＴ！しました。サイズ的に小さいが久しぶりのバスの当たりと今回は、はっきりとした当たりを感じ、アワセる事もできた。

P.S　実はドロップで巨大トラウトも釣れたが、持ち帰ることも出来なので即リリースした！でかかった！！東京湾のシーバス並でした。

It is time for the Daily Flash Minnow Weekly Report! My very first Bass fishing this year was at the Irvine Lake with local regional, Brian. And speaking of Irvine Lake, it is known for having a lot of Trout, but you can fish some Bass here also! I started off using the new LLPT 105!

Unlike Saltwater fishing, when it comes to Bass fishing there will be much casting with pinpoint accuracy! It has been over 6 months since I started this project (Daily FM Report). And for the sake of fishing every week since, Brain who was on the same boat had said to me, “Your casting has gotten a lot better!” and praised me with such a nice comment. As for the fishing, the water has risen and was cloudy so using a topwater bait was a bit difficult. I continued to throw the LLPT 105S for more than half of the day, but got no bites! But I did get to practice my casting so it’s okay! I only had 2 hours left and really wanted to catch my very first fish of this year, so I decided to go with a Drop Jig and aim for the bottom area. Then… at about 15m in water depth, I caught my first fish of the year!!! And it was a Bass!! The size was pretty small, but I haven’t caught a Bass in awhile and this time I clearly felt it and was able to react to it as well.

P.S. I actually caught a big Trout with the Drop Jig also, but couldn’t take it home so I released it right away! It was huge!! It was about the same size as the Sea Bass I caught in Tokyo Bay.

Daily Flash Minnow Weekly Reportです! 2011年・・・まだ釣れません。
最近は、アラミトスベイに良く釣行に行っていたが、ヒラメの気配はもう感じられない・・・気持ちの切り替えのためホームビーチであるニューポートビーチで釣行をすることに！なんと大チャンス到来の予感！通常、ケルプでいっぱいな内海側に一切ケルプが生えていない！これこは、定番のフラッシュミノーを出番！ケルプにひっかることを気にせず、岩場の始まりから鉄塔まで数キャストずつ移動しながら沖に向かって行く事にした。・・・・・一体・・・・何百キャストしたのだろうか？・・・・・釣れない・・釣れない・・・当たらない・・・釣れる気がしない・・こんな気分初めて。陸っぱりから釣れるまで、ボートは乗らないぞ！

Ｐ.Ｓ　去年、歯カツオを釣りに行った、カタリナ島がうっすら肉眼で確認できたので記念の1枚・・・。こんなはずじゃ・・

This is the Daily FlashMinnow Weekly Report!　The Year 2011… No Fish yet.
I have been fishing to Alamitos Bay these days, but it doesn’t seem like any Flounder (Hirame) there.
So, I  decided to go fishing to New Port Beach, which is my home ground beach for fresh start.
I felt the Big Chance was finally coming!
Usually, covered by full of kelp on an inland sea side, but I noticed no kelp were grown at all.
It is a chance for My stander lure – the FlashMinnow’s turn!
I decided to keep casting and heading out to sea from the start of the rock to the iron tower while moving and no worry about scratching the kelp.
I wonder…. how many cast that I threw?…..No fish, No fish… No hit…It didn’t seems any fish there. I have never felt like this before.
I will not get on any boat, untill, I catch fish from land.
P.S. I noticed Catalina Island where I went Bonito fishing last year, so I took a picture for a good memory.
It wasn’t supposed to be like this….

皆様明けましておめでとうございます！Daily Flesh Flash Minnow! 2011年の初釣行になります。
2010年の年末での釣行では、まったく釣れず2011年を迎えてしまいました。2011年もアラミトスベイにやって参りました。
前回の釣行では、日本から持ち帰ったバリッド・ストリームドライブ・汪汪などを中心に行ってみたが、ノーバイトに終わり、
2011年は、やはりド本命のフラッシュミノー110（ブルーフィンツナ）から投げ始める事にした.　今日の海の状況は、波もなく風もなく穏やか・・しかし釣り人ゼロ・・なんだか不安なスタート！満潮の9時頃を狙い目として、いつものポイントでスタート！！しかし、当たりゼロ！・・・撃沈です。
やはり、冬の陸っぱりは厳しい状況は変わらなかった。ヒラメはどこに行ったのかな？？今度は狙いは、底レンジです！
（土曜日も釣行に行ったが、またまたノーバイト！！）

Happy New Year to everybody! Daily Flesh Flash Minnow! This will be my very first fishing trip this year.
My 2010 year-end fishing trips weren’t so great and I caught nothing… and the year 2011 came by quickly. I again went to Alamitos Bay.
On my last fishing trip, I focused on using the Varid, Stream Drive, and Ouou lures that I brought back from Japan, but ended with no bites. So I wanted to start my 2011 by using my most reliable and favorite lure, the Flash Minnow 110 (in Blue Fin Tuna). As for the sea condition, it was actually very calm with barely any waves and wind… But there were absolutely no other fishermen… which started my day a bit worried! I started at my usual spot aiming at high tide around 9 o’clock!! But I got nothing! …very disappointed.
I guess it is true that shore fishing during winter is very tough and that doesn’t change much. I wonder where all the Flounder (Hirame) went?? Next time I will aim at bottom range!
(I actually went fishing on Saturday also, but again had NO BITE!!)

Daily Flesh Flash Minnow! 2010年の釣収めに行ってきました。

先日、日本から持ち帰ったNEWルアー『アメリカ未入荷品』を中心に、ヒラメ狙いでタックルの用意をした。現地到着後、天候は久々の晴れなのだが、風の影響もあり、水面が波立ち濁りが強い状況であった。濁りの強い場合は、ナチュラル系ではなく、色の目立つ金系が良いとされている。『持論だが・・』まず、堤防沿いを沖に移動しながら、キャストを始め、東京湾で爆釣したルアー！バリッドを組んで始めてみる事に！通常であれば、ロングキャストできるはずだが、今日に限って向かい風の影響でなかなかルアーが飛ばず、駆け上がり部分まで届かなく止む得ず、岸側からの釣行に変更し再開した。岸側での釣行では、風の影響が横風になるので、上手く風にルアーを乗せロングキャストができ、岸沿い300ｍぐらいを往復した。速いペースでカラーを金系・白系・メタリック系と変更し、またルアーの種類もトップからディープに変更し行ったが、今年最後の釣行はノーフィッシュで終わることになった。

今回はフラッシュミノーは使用せず、NEWルアーのみで釣行を行ってみたが、残念の結果に終わった。しかし、フラッシュミノー以外のルアーでも魚を釣る事ができる事を来年は証明させてみよ！来年に向けての新しい課題ができた！

Daily Flash Minnow! I had gone fishing before the end of 2010.

I mainly used the new lure I brought back from Japan, which is also a “product still unscheduled to arrive in America”. I got my tackles ready to aim for some Hirame (Flounder). Once I arrived at my fishing location, it was actually a sunny day. However, the wind was blowing very strongly creating a choppy sea with cloudy water surface. When water becomes cloudy, instead of using natural colors, it is better to use colors like Gold which is more noticeable. “Although this is just a theory…”

I first moved along the embankment and started to cast with the lure I used at Tokyo Bay where caught a lot of fish: the Valid. Normally I would be able to make a long cast, but on this day the wind was blowing towards me very hard so the lure wasn’t able to go far. Since it didn’t reach far enough, I had to move to the shore side and started to fish there instead. Here, the wind wasn’t blowing towards me and blew side ways so the wind took the lure away and I was able to perform a long cast.  It traveled back and forth for about 300m along the shore. In a pretty fast pace, I continued to change the lure color to Gold, White, and Metallic and even changed the lure model from top to deep. But unfortunately I had to end my last fishing trip this year with “no fish”.

This time I didn’t use the Flash Minnow at all and wanted to fish with just the new lures. The result wasn’t so great today…

But I definitely want to prove that I can catch some fish using other lures besides the Flash Minnow by next year! And this will be my new project for next year!

Diamond Valley Lake

Daily Flash Minnow! 　USAに帰国し、またまたブレントと釣りに行くことなったカルフォルニアは雨季に入り、日頃から雨の降らないこの地域では、交通渋滞がひどく気分もドンヨリ！　だが,バス釣りとなるとコンディション的には絶好！！バス達が警戒心を少しやわらげてくれるはず！そして・・釣れるはず・・・・・期待した。
以前ブレント着た時は、9月という事もありトップウォーターのピロピロ系で釣りを楽しんだが、今回は新作のルアーLLPT 105S！！
あの黄色い帝王！スキートリース発案の通称『スマッシャー』で勝負してみることにした。
湖到着後、目的のポイントに移動！なんと、大量のボイルを発見。何回もキャストを試みたがバイトに持ち込むことが出来なくボイルがなくなり、ボートを流しながら移動中にブレントが1匹ＧＥＴ！結構大きなバス！この魚も、前回同様トップで釣り上げていたが、使用ワームは4インチぐらいのストレート系・カラーは白。
ブレントに負けじとキャストするがなかなかバイトに持ち込めず、またまた、ボイルが発生！！本日3回目のチャンス到来！
一斉にキャストし、一発目なんと！僕に掛かった！！！！だが・・・ラインブレイク・・直後にブレントと同船していた方にも同時にヒット！！！ストライパーであった。しかも、新作のスマッシャーで釣り上げた。
そこで、ブレントの釣り知識アドバス『鳥が沢山いる所には、魚もいるんだよ！』と教えてくれた！
テンションも盛り上がり！あとは、僕一人がノーフィッシュ！危機的であった。いよいよ最後の1時間で、再度ボイル発生！
執念のキャストで、やっと当りが・・・そして、新作ルアーでストライパーを釣り上げた。
今回は、ストライパーが多く釣れ！大いに楽しく、新作ルアーので釣果もあり来年の販売に向け良いリポートができた。

The Daily Flash Minnow! After coming back from Japan, I again had the opportunity to go fishing with Brent. California has been in a rainy season and for a place where it doesn’t rain that often, there has been major traffic congestions and makes me feel very blue! But it is a perfect condition for Bass fishing!! They might be less cautious! And…I should be able to catch some…… so I thought.
Last time when I went fishing with Brent, it was in September and we had a lot of fun fishing with soft top water lures. This time we used the new LLPT 105S!!
I decided to use the new “Smasher” lure designed by the yellow emperor! – Skeet Reese. After arriving at the lake, we head to our fishing spot! Then we found a bunch of boils. I cast towards it and kept trying but wasn’t able to get any bites. The boils went away after that. While the boat was moving to another destination, Brent had caught and pretty big Bass! This Bass was caught the same way as last time with the straight top worm about 4in long in color white.
I kept casting thinking I got to do well like Brent, but wasn’t able to even get a bite… Then all of a sudden a boil appeared!! It was my 3rd chance that day!
We all made a cast at the same time and the first bite was on mine!!!! Unfortunately… the line broke…
Afterwards Brent and another fisherman on the same boat got a bite at the same exact time!!! It was Stripers. He had caught it with the new “Smasher”!
Here is a useful fishing knowledge from Brent: “Where there are a lot of birds, there are fishes!”
Everyone was excited from the catch and I was the only one left who had no catches! I was in a crisis! There was only 1 hour left to fish and then I found another boil!
I immediately cast with tenacity and finally got a bite… I caught a Striper with the new lure!
In this fishing trip there were many Stripers caught and everyone seem to have a lot of fun. The new lure performed very well and was able to have a great report on it for next year’s release.

This is the Daily Flash Minnow report from Japan! Special edition!

Daily Flash Minnow in Japan企画！ＳＨＩＮＧＯ編

いよいよ、日本特別企画も最後になりました。長い長い日本滞在で、日本人になりかけています！

さて、横浜・茨城と遠征をし、最後は本社があります富山県に移動！ＳＨＩＮＧＯさんと来年に向けての、新商品企画開発！待ちに待ったＳＨＩＮＧＯさんのバス理論を聞かせていただけるチャンス！！

“SHINGO’s Lure Development Documentation”

This is the Daily Flash Minnow in Japan! This time it is a report about our pro angler SHINGO.

This is finally my last report from Japan. It was such a long trip; I brought back so much of my Japanese roots with me!

Anyhow, I had gone to Yokohama and Ibaragi, then lastly to our main company office located in Toyama prefecture! I had met with Mr. SHINGO to talk about his new product development for the next year to come. I’ve been waiting for this opportunity to listen to his theories about Bass fishing!!

We had gone lure testing at the pond and at a secret base in Toyama Co. SHINGO’s new lure is scheduled to be released sometime next year and to be honest; this lure just might be ahead of its time! It catches very well. I can’t talk about it too much, but please be waiting!
